Digital Marketing Mumbai Supporting UK 3+ experience

Hello Matthew,

Thank you for raising this ahead of the final payment. I've attached the full sickness and holiday report for all three team members, covering the current holiday year, so you have complete visibility on the records and balances.

On annual leaves or casual leaves, none of the three team members has taken more than they were entitled to. Each still holds a positive leave balance. I'd encourage you to check this against your own records if you feel it's necessary.

On sick leaves, every day is documented individually in the report and sits within the team's standard sick-leave entitlement. These are a normal part of any employment arrangement rather than billable downtime.

On the internet and network disruptions, the occasions were limited and due to us allowing team members the flexibility of working from home and not travelling during intense rains in Mumbai. However, in certain instances of occurrence, the work was made up the same day so that deliverables were not affected. Rekha had connectivity issues on 6th July and 26th May, and on both days she resumed and completed her work in full, with no loss of output as cross checked and confirmed with Dimple as well. For Deeyesha, any leaves due to network disruptions at home resulting from extreme weather conditions as seen in Mumbai recently, specifically in the area in which she resides have been considered in her leave count as well and the documented balances are reflective of that.

We encourage our team to come to the office during network disruptions, unstable WIFI at home or during construction near their residence which affects their ability to work, however, we believe we align with Hollands on the fact that it would be irresponsible to enforce work from office during extreme weather to overcome network disruptions.

Given all of the above, we don't see a particular basis for issuing credit notes. However, if you disagree, please do let us know your remaining or standing concerns so that we can take them into consideration and form a conclusion.

Best regards,
